PETALING JAYA: A special action plan is needed to address the needs of women affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, says Tan Sri Shahrizat Jalil.
The former women, family and community development minister said women have become "critical casualties" because of the pandemic and a systematic assistance plan is needed to address their economic, health and employment concerns.
