NIBONG TEBAL: A fire broke out at the Pulau Burung landfill and destroyed more than 900sq m (about 10,000sq ft) of the area on Monday (Feb 15) morning.
A Penang Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said the department had received a distress call about the blaze at around 3.45am.
