GEORGE TOWN: With Thaipusam just two days away, devotees have begun prayers for Lord Muruga at home, a scenario completely different from how they would have conducted the prayers had the festival been allowed to go on publicly in Penang.
Housewife Mohana Parckunan, 37, started her prayers for Thaipusam on Saturday, six days before the festival.
