GEORGE TOWN: Florists along Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling here are facing a double whammy with their businesses affected by the movement control order and cancellation of the Thaipusam festival, which falls on Thursday.

Florists have reported a 10% to 20% drop in sales since MCO 2.0 came into force on Jan 13, with at least three shops along the stretch having to close down.
