PETALING JAYA: There must be a uniform ruling nationwide for public parks to stay open or close for the public to exercise while adhering to the standard operating procedures.
Alliance for Safe Community chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said the conflicting announcements by the government were confusing the public.
