PETALING JAYA: A 39-year-old fishmonger who hit his wife’s head in a fit of rage after reading text messages on her phone paid the price when a Magistrate’s Court sentenced him to a month in jail and an RM1,000 fine.
V. N. Loganathan was accused of using criminal force on his wife G. Anita Davi, 36, at an apartment unit in Damansara Damai here at about 2pm on Jan 18.
