SINGER and actress Wani Kayrie (pic) once closed her social media account after receiving painful comments, reported Harian Metro.

The 21-year-old, whose real name is Syazwani Abdullah, said she is more mature now and is able to manage her emotions against attacks and criticisms.

“I won’t deny that I had previously closed my TikTok account when I was very depressed and not strong emotionally, ” she added.

Wani said she was criticised for how she danced and her thick make-up that had sparked controversy.

Wani, who appears as Fatin in TV3’s Melastik Ke Hatimu, said while some might dislike her character in the drama series, she would not be bothered by further harsh remarks or criticisms.
