KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Overcrowding in prisons that can cause the spread and rise in Covid-19 cases could be curbed with a special ordinance under the Emergency proclamation.
Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali (pic) said the security cluster under the Emergency Management Technical Committee can put forward a suggestion of borrowing any building to be used as a temporary depot.
