KUCHING: It was a double whammy for flood victims housed at a temporary relief centre at Taman Malihah hall here when it was flooded yesterday morning, forcing them to relocate to a new one at SJKC Chung Hua Sungai Tengah.

Sarawak Civil Defence Force (APM) director Mohtar Samat said the incident caught him off-guard as the Taman Malihah hall had long been used and gazetted as a temporary relief centre.
