ALOR SETAR: Kedah Pakatan Harapan has suggested that the state resort to using more appropriate and cordial ways to get Penang to pay for raw water it draws from Sungai Muda.
Its deputy chairman Datuk Phahrolrazi Mohd Zawawi said Kedah’s claim was appropriate as the state had sacrificed a large portion of its forest as a water catchment area.
