Wee: Proper SOP for airports in the works

PETALING JAYA: Standard operating procedure for airports to identify passengers who had received Covid-19 vaccination before flying off are being developed, says Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

“I gave my assurance that we will be developing the proper SOP soon to enable the airports to check whether airline passengers have been vaccinated before boarding flights following Malaysia’s roll-out of the vaccine, ” he said in a Facebook post yesterday after receiving a courtesy call from British High Commissioner to Malaysia Charles Hay.
