College students among 12 arrested for ketum possession

KUALA LUMPUR: Twelve men were arrested and about RM7,000 worth of ketum water, leaves and cough syrup were found following a raid on a shop in Jalan Setiawangsa here.

Acting on a tip-off, police raided the shop at about 11pm on Wednesday (Dec 30).
