PETALING JAYA: It might be an uphill task to mend burnt bridges between Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, after the former premier admitted that it wasn’t easy to work with the PKR president.
Dr Mahathir also revealed that he had offered to cooperate with Anwar and the Pakatan Harapan coalition on several occasions, but it was rejected by the Opposition leader.
