PETALING JAYA: An employee at the Perak branch of the Human Resources Development Fund's (HRDF) has tested positive for Covid-19.
HRDF said in a statement on Wednesday (Dec 30) that the Perak branch office would be closed for two days, starting Dec 30 to Dec 31, to conduct a full sanitation exercise.
It added that the employee who tested positive for the virus was currently receiving treatment.
"All employees of the branch office are undergoing swab tests as part of our precautionary measure and their health conditions will continue to be monitored.
"At HRDF, the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers are our utmost priority.
"We will continue to observe stringent adherence to infection control policies and processes, and comply fully with preventive measures set by the Ministry of Health," it said.
