Covid-19: Banting public market ordered to close

SHAH ALAM (Bernama): The Banting public market has been ordered to close for 10 days from Tuesday (Dec 29) to allow for sanitation operations and Covid-19 screenings to be conducted.

State health director Datuk Dr Sha’ari Ngadiman (pic) said the order was issued due to several instances of non-compliance with the standard operating procedure (SOP) that were detected at the premises.
