KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Dewan Negara president Tan Sri Dr Rais Yatim (pic) has reprimanded Senate members who go "missing" from the proceedings of the House after signing in.
Rais said their presence was not only important during debates, but also during other sessions to enable issues regarding people's interest are discussed and defended.
