JOHOR BARU: Despite having undergone five surgeries, a determined woman from Taman Pulai Utama here is juggling two jobs to support her family and further her studies.

Hypermarket cashier C. Yamunah, 28, first started experiencing severe pain in her bottom in mid-2017, while working as an operator at a factory in Singapore where she often had to lift heavy items and stand for long hours.“At first my doctor said I had hemorrhoids but when the piercing pain got worse, I decided to seek help at a hospital where I was told that I was suffering from anal fissure, where bleeding occurred due to tears in the tissues in the area.
