PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has reserved its judgment in the case of a 38-year-old woman born out of wedlock to a Muslim father and a Buddhist mother and who is seeking to be declared a non-Muslim.
A nine-man panel chaired by Chief Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat heard Rosliza Ibrahim’s appeal yesterday against the rejection of her application to be declared a non-Muslim.
