HEALTH Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba has completed his home surveillance order (HSO) and is allowed to return to the Dewan Rakyat, says Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun.
The Dewan Rakyat Speaker said this came following the decision by the Health Ministry to shorten the quarantine period from 14 days to 10 days.
