IPOH: The forming of the new state government with Umno was not possible because the party refused to offer state exco positions to DAP, claims Nga Kor Ming.

The Perak DAP chairman claimed after a series of negotiations between DAP and Umno, the latter had made many offers but offered the exco posts to PKR and Parti Amanah Negara.
