PETALING JAYA: Four men were detained for obstructing the police from carrying out their duties, says Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal.
He said policemen patrolling the Sea Park area around 11.45pm on Sunday (Dec 6) stumbled upon four men on their motorcycles by the side of the road.
