IPOH: Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic) has arrived for his audience with Perak Ruler Sultan Nazrin Muizzudin Shah.
The Bagan Datuk assemblyman arrived in a white Toyata Vellfire at Istana Kinta at 9.48am on Sunday (Dec 6)
The audience is said to be about the ongoing political issue in Perak following the defeat of Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu in a vote of confidence in him as the Perak Mentri Besar.
On Saturday (Dec 5), Umno held a special meeting attended by several leaders including Ahmad Zahid, Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz, Datuk Seri Tajuddin Abdul Rahman and former Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir at their state headquarters.
