KOTA KINABALU: The state National Registration Department (NRD) office at the Sabah Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) here will resume its operation on Wednesday (Nov 25) following the reopening of the centre.
The operation hours for the UTC branch office during the ongoing conditional MCO are between 8am and 1pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
