KUALA LUMPUR: Amendments will be made to older laws to help deal with growing cybercrime, says Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof.
"The government is ready to review and amend existing laws, such as the Computer Crimes Act 1997, which are considered outdated in light of developments in technology," he said when winding up his ministerial replies on Budget 2021 in the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Nov 23).
