JOHOR BARU: Police have arrested five men believed to be part of the motorcycle theft gang dubbed “Geng Mat Top” during a series of raids at Kota Tinggi and Ulu Tiram here.
Johor Baru South OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Padzli Mohd Zain said that the raids were conducted from 11.30pm on Saturday (Nov 21) until 2pm on Sunday (Nov 22).
