KUALA LUMPUR: Failure to wear a face mask in public topped the list of offences taken against 289 individuals for violating the movement control order, said Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
Compounds were issued to 277 individuals while 11 were remanded.
