GEORGE TOWN: Penang recorded eight new Covid-19 cases and has a total of 11 identified clusters as at Thursday (Nov 19).
State local government committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said Penang clusters include the Seri Pasir cluster in Mukim 13 (sub-district 13) in the northeast district of Penang island.
