Johor flood: Thirteen, including 11 children, rescued from submerged home

JOHOR BARU: A total of 13 people, including 11 children, were rescued by the Fire and Rescue Department after their house was inundated by three feet of water at Jalan Permatang Utama, Kampung Kempas Baru here.

Tebrau Fire and Rescue Department operation commander Kamaruzzaman Yusof said that the department received a distress call at about 4.16pm on Thursday (Nov 19).
