KOTA KINABALU: The Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) is proposing a high-resolution surveillance system called “Big Eye” be installed at Pulau Bohey Dulang off Semporna, to strengthen monitoring activities there.
Its chief executive officer Dr Jamaluddin Mohd Ali said the recommendation has been voiced to the Home Ministry.
