KUALA LUMPUR: A restaurant entrepreneur was fined RM800 in default a month’s jail by a Magistrate’s Court here for failing to ensure adherence to the standard operating procedure (SOP) under the conditional movement control order to fight Covid-19.
Magistrate Aina Azahra Arifin meted out the sentence against Ng Chye Poh, 42, after he pleaded guilty here yesterday.
