PETALING JAYA: No marine contamination was detected in an investigation on the maritime accident involving MV Dayang Topaz in Miri waters and all members on board the ship have tested negative for Covid-19, says the Marine Department.
Dayang Topaz, with 185 Malaysian crewmembers and two Indonesians on board, almost sank on Oct 27 after the vessel was battered by huge waves and hit a nearby oil platform.
