Resume the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme, and reduce the minimum price threshold from RM1mil to RM600,000, LBS Group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San suggests to the Government.

LBS Bina Group Berhad lauds the government initiatives in Budget 2021 which the affordable township developer sees as beneficial to Malaysians in all sectors including the property industry.

“Budget 2021 is expansionary and inclusive, and focused on substantial support for the economy. The Government projected Malaysia’s economy to rebound between 6.5% and 7.5% in 2021, supported by fiscal expansion and accommodative monetary policy,” said LBS Group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San.
