KUCHING: Sarawak will introduce a new rental assistance scheme and school vouchers for tuition fees as among the measures in the proposed 2021 state Budget to address the economic and social impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg (pic) said RM48mil would be allocated under the Budget for the rental assistance scheme, which would benefit about 20,000 eligible households.
