BALIK PULAU: Parents in the south-west of Penang island are scrambling to prepare for the conditional movement control order (MCO) imposed on Mukim 12 beginning 12.01am today.

With schools, daycare centres and kindergartens shut for the next two weeks, caregivers have been caught in the all-too-familiar conundrum of working from home while watching the little ones.
