THE Poisons (Amendment) Bill 2019, which seeks to regulate the planting of ketum and propose the jailing of private doctors for refusing to give prescriptions, has once again been withdrawn.
The Bill has been postponed twice before this in its second and third readings, in December 2019 and then on Aug 27.
