Almost 470k checks conducted on businesses since MCO started on March 18, says Nanta Linggi

Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Alexander Nanta Linggi.

KUALA LUMPUR: The government has conducted 469,946 inspections and monitored the supply and prices at the retail, wholesale and manufacturer levels during the movement control order (MCO) from March 18 to Nov 3.

Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Alexander Nanta Linggi also revealed that a total of 256,007 MCO standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance checks were conducted across the country within the same period.
