Back to square one in Kempas

JOHOR BARU: More than a year after illegal dumping of waste at a site in Kempas was exposed, things seem to be back to square one.

Residents have reported that irresponsible quarters are still dumping waste at the site located not far from the Health Ministry’s Training Institute in Kempas, which has been placed under an administrative enhanced movement control order.
