KUALA LUMPUR: The police will detain fugitive Goh Leong Yeong, also known as Alvin Goh, under the Prevention of Crime Act (Poca).
"We will arrest him today (Oct 30) under Poca and obtain the remand order tomorrow," said City CID chief Senior Asst Comm Nik Ros Azhan when contacted on Friday (Oct 30).
