SERDANG: Veteran crimebuster Asst Comm Razali Abu Samah, is the new Serdang OCPD.

He takes over from Asst Comm Ismadi Borhan who has been transfered to the Bukit Aman Crime Prevention and Community Safety department as an assistant director of general policing.
