In Seberang Prai, Penang, authorities uncovered what it called the Alma cluster, which has seven cases.

Another cluster, dubbed the Auto cluster, has been found in the Petaling district, Kuala Langat and Klang. Eight cases have been linked to the cluster.

The fourth cluster is the Kepayan Prison cluster in Kota Kinabalu, which involves 49 cases.

As of Oct 18, the country has 85 active clusters.

"From the 85 clusters still active, 31 clusters have seen an increase in cases," said Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah in his daily press conference on Sunday.
