SANDAKAN: Flowers and fruit baskets to cheer up frontliners – many of them overworked and yet unable to take leave.
The Psychiatry and Mental Health Department of the Duchess of Kent Hospital (HDOK) here took the initiative to hand over flower bouquets and fruit baskets to hospital staff to lift their spirits as Sandakan enters a challenging phase in dealing with a spike in Covid-19 cases.
