MIRI: A cargo vessel with no registration name has been detained offshore Miri as it was sailing near the coastal shores in the South China Sea in northern Sarawak.
The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) patrol unit spotted the vessel during its patrolling rounds at around 1am on Tuesday (Oct 13).
