Apandi files suit against Dr M, govt, alleges his termination as AG was unlawful

KUALA LUMPUR: Former attorney general Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali has filed a RM2.2mil suit against Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and the government for a declaration that his termination from the AG's position two years ago is unlawful.

The suit was filed through law firm Messrs Shukor Baljit & Partners through an online system at the High Court registry here on Tuesday (Oct 13).
