Kota Kinabalu: Former Sabah Umno executive secretary Datuk Kadzim M Yahya is expected to be sworn in as the new Sabah state assembly Speaker.
The 62-year-old will replace former speaker Datuk Syed Abas Syed Ali, whose term ended on Sept 7.
