KOTA KINABALU: More flood victims are being placed in temporary relocation centres in flood-stricken Kota Belud and Tuaran on Wednesday morning (Oct 7).
As of 8am, the total number of evacuees in six relief centres is 408, an increase from 341 reported the day before.
