JOHOR BARU: The Johor government has expressed concern after the state recorded an increase in dengue-related deaths this year.
State health and environment committee chairman R. Vidyananthan (pic) said a total of 35 dengue-related deaths were recorded from January until Oct 3 this year, an increase of 52% compared to 23 cases last year in the same period.
