BUTTERWORTH: A 15-year-old secondary school student was among three mat rempit nabbed by the police for participating in illegal racing along the Butterworth Outer Ring Road (BORR).
North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said two others, both aged 19, were also detained during Op Samseng Jalanan, which was held from 5pm on Sunday until yesterday midnight.
