SIBU: Despite an increase in the latest number of Sarawakians being made permanent medical officers in the state, the Health Ministry has been urged to more than double the allocation.
Sarawakians should get 90% of the 150 medical officer positions in health offices and facilities in the state instead of just 44%, noted SUPP education bureau chairman Datuk Ding Kuong Hiing (pic).
