KOTA KINABALU: The government should consider extending the moratorium on loans following the decision to place the state capital and other areas under the conditional movement control order (MCO), says Phoong Jin Zhe (pic).
The Luyang assemblyman and former state minister said the government should consider the extension of the moratorium until Dec 31 as there would be serious implications of the conditional MCO on the greater Kota Kinabalu area.
