KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed Oct 28 to hear an application by the family of former Tabung Haji chairman Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim (pic) to temporarily stay an almost RM16mil forfeiture suit filed by the government.
Justice Muhammad Jamil Hussin fixed the date after the family’s lawyer Mohd Rifahmi Abdul Musikin asked to postpone the proceedings because lead counsel M. Athimulan was held up in another case at the Palace of Justice in Putrajaya.
